DoorDash推出AI点餐智能体，支持通过Apple Messages短信下单
DoorDash于当地时间9月30日宣布推出可文本点餐的AI智能体，用户可通过Apple Messages发送“点我常点的”等指令完成下单。该智能体能够识别用户熟悉的定期订单，例如周五晚上的常规点餐。
用户也可直接提出菜品名称或请求本地推荐，智能体会据此搜索附近餐厅、推荐购物车内容，并通过短信发送推荐菜品的图片。针对多人团购场景，智能体还能在一次下单中处理不同饮食偏好及不同数量的合并需求。
DoorDash已面向美国用户开放该功能的候补名单。此次推出AI点餐智能体，也被视为DoorDash在个人AI智能体应用趋势下，与Uber Eats、Grubhub等竞争对手拉开差距的举措。
