Xingce Future Raises New Funding for Orbital Computing Constellation 'Fuyao'

By AI123

On September 11, at the Space Computing Innovation Forum during the China Computing Power Conference, Xingce Future announced the completion of its Series A+ and A++ funding rounds, totaling hundreds of millions of yuan. The rounds were jointly led by investors including Beichuangtou, Huaying Capital, Xinshang Capital and Xinding Capital, with existing shareholders Xichuangtou and Houtian Capital increasing their stakes.

Xingce Future is a space computing company spun out of Tsinghua University's "Tiange Plan." To date, it has deployed 37 advanced-node GPUs in orbit and maintained 39 payloads operating stably in space. The company claims to be the first to apply 12nm domestically and 7nm globally advanced-node GPUs in orbit, with individual devices operating stably for more than four years. Its on-hand orders exceed 100 million yuan, and 2026 revenue is expected to double year over year.

The company also unveiled "Fuyao," its first cloud-coordinated space computing constellation. Using a "self-built core plus ecosystem co-construction" model, the plan includes 303 self-developed core computing satellites—three 1000P flagship central computing satellites, 60 10P enhanced node computing satellites, and 240 P-level edge sensing and computing satellites—linked with about 3,000 ecosystem co-built satellites to form a distributed space intelligence computing cluster. By 2028, it aims to build a constellation of 100 satellites with 100P-level computing capacity, and by 2032, complete the launch of all self-built satellites.

Xingce Future has also reached an ecological cooperation with Puxing Aerospace to jointly build a 1,024-satellite intelligent remote sensing constellation and open more than 2,000 lightweight on-orbit computing payloads to the industry.
