Navitas and NVIDIA Debut 800V-to-12V Power Board for AI Data Centers

By AI123

Navitas Semiconductor, in collaboration with NVIDIA, has launched a new 24kW 800V-to-12V DC-DC power board. The board uses Navitas' GaNFast technology and is designed to support the NVIDIA MGX ecosystem, aiming to advance 800V DC power architecture for AI data centers.

Navitas is a supplier of gallium nitride (GaN) power semiconductors, and GaNFast is its GaN power chip technology platform. The new power board converts 800V high-voltage DC to 12V low-voltage DC for AI data center power architectures.

The board is planned to be showcased at the NVIDIA AI Factory MGX Wall partner showcase area at the 2026 OCP Global Summit, the annual event of the Open Compute Project focused on open innovation in data center infrastructure.
