The inspection and O&M robot integrates autonomous identification, cleaning and intelligent inspection on a four-wheel chassis that moves flexibly; a global-shutter camera and in-house algorithms detect foreign objects precisely, while a vacuum unit and robotic arm clear them autonomously. Autonomous localisation, navigation with obstacle avoidance, path planning and automatic charging are supported. The machine measures 750 x 270 x 240 mm and weighs 260 kg, driven by four in-wheel hub motors, with a top speed of 12 km/h, a patrol speed of 4 km/h, maximum gradient of 10 degrees, obstacle clearance of 60 mm, turning radius of 0.7 m and wading depth of 260 mm. It inspects continuously for 24 hours on preset routes or by remote command, monitoring the environment in real time with risk analysis and early warning, and recharges automatically when battery is low, for universities, airports, communities and roads.
