Alpha Amy is built around reception plus transaction handling in one flow. The 21.5-inch HD touchscreen supports information enquiry, fee lookup and payment, queue ticketing and other services, customizable to requirements, diverting queuing away from staffed counters. Intelligent greeting and business enquiry are backed by industry data models and a large knowledge base, and face recognition identifies visitors. A high-stability chassis with autonomous LiDAR navigation moves steadily and accurately through the lobby to within ±50 mm, and at least 10 hours of endurance supports all-day operation, taking pressure off counters in government service halls and telecom halls.
