Mover Mini INS is a cloud-based intelligent inspection robot for power grids, data centres and rail transit. Built on fused SLAM + VSLAM localisation and navigation with 3D semantic maps, multiple sensors give full-coverage spatial perception with no blind spots. The lifting PTZ camera reaches a maximum eye-level height of 2800 mm, looking down over cabinet tops; a four-steering-wheel chassis with four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering moves omnidirectionally through 360 degrees, with strong obstacle, slope and ditch crossing capability, and the compact body suits narrow, complex environments. The machine measures 590 x 450 x 1545 mm with a maximum speed of 1.2 m/s and 8 hours of runtime, a minimum passable width of 650 mm, maximum slope of 15 degrees and 50 mm obstacle clearance. It supports equipment inspection, environmental patrol, image recognition, infrared temperature measurement, partial discharge detection and gas detection.
