Albert HUBO

Hanson Robotics

Albert HUBO is a milestone in robotics history. It combines Hanson Robotics' signature lifelike Einstein expression head with KAIST's full-size walking HUBO body, becoming one of the first full-size bipedal humanoids capable of realistic facial expression. It strides forward like a person while wearing a natural expression. This joint research project charted the course for the later expression-plus-locomotion humanoid approach, and it remains a classic exhibit in laboratories and technology shows.
