AELOS LM is a multimodal AI educational humanoid for the K12 segment: 346 mm tall, 1.73 kg, in aluminium alloy and PC/ABS plastic, with 17 degrees of freedom driven by 17 high-torque servo actuators (180 degree range, 1 degree accuracy, 461 degrees/s speed, 40-50 dB noise). The development platform is a Raspberry Pi CM 5 with a high-performance STM32 core processor and a 128 MB storage card, supporting overload protection and MPU6050 attitude detection; sensors include a Bluetooth microphone, a geomagnetic sensor and head and chest cameras, with two magnetic sensor ports on the chest. It supports 2.4 G group control and gamepad operation with slow walk at 3 cm/s and fast walk at 10 cm/s; the software side is compatible with the PC Aelos edu application (for Mac and PC) and Linux, with block-based and pure Python programming built in, and 80 class hours of intermediate and advanced coursework provided.
