REEMAN

Red Hare is an AGV pallet truck with a rated load of 2000 kg and a 600 mm load centre. It uses true laser SLAM navigation requiring no reflectors, magnetic strips or QR codes, with pallet positioning accuracy of +/-5-10 mm, and supports autonomous navigation, remote mapping, manual mapping and manual/automatic switching. The body measures 1663 x 960 x 2005 mm; at 96 cm wide it travels in both directions without turning around and handles complex environments of up to 40000 square metres. A 16-line LiDAR, a single-line obstacle-avoidance radar, a 3D camera and pallet image recognition deliver 360 degree omnidirectional avoidance and precise alignment. A 48 V lithium iron phosphate battery supports quick-swap replacement, charging in about 1 hour for 6 hours at full load, enabling 24-hour operation.
