The Big Dog transport robot is a 100 kg dual-LiDAR factory transport robot measuring 704 x 470 x 1148 mm with a net weight of about 50 kg, maximum load 100 kg and travel speed 0.1-1.0 m/s. Laser SLAM maps autonomously across scenarios of up to 40000 square metres with no marker placement, ready to use out of the box; it supports autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, autonomous lift use, automatic recharging and 10 cm lifting (custom racks required). Dual LiDAR with 25 m rear and 40 m front coverage plus dual 3D cameras avoid obstacles intelligently and route around them actively, with navigation accuracy of +/-10 cm. The 38.4 V / 27 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery resists high temperatures and does not burn, supports fast charging, and runs 12 hours loaded and 15 hours unloaded. The SDK, API interfaces and app source code are open for secondary development.
