The Hercules 3.0 unmanned forklift (model BBOT30F) carries up to 1500 kg while the vehicle itself weighs only 450 kg; body dimensions are 1950 x 950 x 1900 mm with a pivot turning radius of about 1.37 m, undaunted by confined workspaces. Optimised 550 mm forks match small pallets precisely (such as Euro pallets), and hydraulic side-shift accommodates standard pallets of 1.2 m and above. 3D visual pallet recognition and a 50 m LiDAR are fitted, fused with obstacle-avoidance lasers and a front safety contact edge. A damped suspension structure reduces fork vibration amplitude by 70 percent. A 48 V / 30 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery charges in 1 hour for 8 hours unloaded, with both battery swap and automatic charging for 24-hour all-weather operation.
