REEMAN

The Ship transport robot is a 300 kg dual-LiDAR factory transport robot measuring 804 x 560 x 1104 mm with a net weight of about 65 kg, maximum load 300 kg and travel speed 0.1-1.0 m/s. Laser SLAM builds maps autonomously without marker placement, and deployment is completed by walking it once around the site; it supports autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, autonomous lift use and automatic recharging. Dual LiDAR with 40 m front and 25 m rear coverage plus dual 3D cameras perceive the surroundings comprehensively, with navigation accuracy of +/-1 cm. A 38.4 V / 27 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery charges in about 4 hours for 8 hours loaded and 15 hours unloaded. Driven by 5.5-inch hub motors, it lifts 10 cm (custom racks required), and the SDK, API interfaces and app source code are open for secondary development.
