The Hummer 2.0 counterbalanced unmanned forklift (model CBOT12F) carries up to 1200 kg with a fork lift height of 2.5 m and a maximum mast height of 3305 mm in operation. Overall dimensions are 2381 x 910 x 1899 mm with a turning radius of 1128 mm; designed for four-way block pallets, it picks up such pallets precisely. Electric steering with AC servo drive and electronic braking are used. A 50 m LiDAR, 3D visual pallet recognition, ultrasonic sensors and a four-line obstacle-avoidance LiDAR, plus a front safety contact edge, deliver precise pallet acquisition and omnidirectional protection. A 48 V / 100 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery runs 8 hours unloaded, with dual-battery quick swap and automatic charging for 24-hour efficient operation.
