The MINI unmanned stacker (mini 2.0, model MBOT20F) handles materials in warehousing and production, operating in aisles as narrow as 1.1 m. Maximum load is 1 t with a maximum lift height of 1 m and a pivot turning radius of about 1.3 m, undaunted by confined spaces; the vehicle weighs 240 kg including the battery, forks lift 1000 mm and travel speed is 5.4 km/h. 3D visual pallet recognition handles pallet positioning, pallet identification and single accurate lifts, avoiding collisions and cargo damage; a 50 m LiDAR monitors the surroundings continuously and identifies potential hazards quickly, with a front safety contact edge and emergency stop switch forming the safety line. It takes lifts between floors automatically, and a mobile charging dock allows charging at any time for 24-hour non-stop operation.
