The Monster sweeping robot is a wheeled commercial cleaning robot for factory workshops: the laser autonomous navigation system builds a map within 30 minutes, plans sweeping paths intelligently and avoids obstacles in real time, with automatic charging and resumption after interruption, and remote monitoring of operating status. Environment perception uses LiDAR and attitude sensors; two 500 mm side brushes driven by brushless motors work with a self-developed anti-tangle roller brush. A 30 L dust bin supports large-area sweeping at a maximum rate of 1000 square metres per hour, with an 890 mm sweeping width and 12 degree slope climbing. The machine weighs 40 kg, measures 730 x 690 x 325 mm and has a 7-inch operating screen, with app control and scheduled cleaning tasks; it is easy to deploy and low in maintenance cost.
