REEMAN

The Rhino unmanned stacking forklift integrates a forklift-specific PLC execution system and a dedicated industrial computer, lifting to 2.5 m and carrying 1.5 t. It uses true laser SLAM navigation requiring no reflectors, magnetic strips or QR codes, with pallet positioning accuracy up to +/-10 mm and simple deployment. An automotive-grade single-line LiDAR on top with a 60 m detection range works with visual recognition, pallet limit detection and ultrasonics for multi-sensor fusion obstacle avoidance. Turning radius is 1.5 m and the slim body passes narrow aisles freely and can take lifts between floors. Manual and automatic modes switch freely with remote and manual mapping supported; a central scheduling system enables multi-robot cooperation and automatic return to charge at low battery. The lithium iron phosphate battery is heat-resistant and safe, with noise below 70 dB(A).
