Meta发布面向小企业的AI助手Muse，接入多款企业工具
9月29日，Meta宣布推出面向小企业的AI助手Muse版本。该工具旨在协助企业处理日常运营任务，用户可向Muse设定目标，例如运营业务或寻找新客户，AI助手将基于这些目标提供相应支持。
据Meta介绍，Muse可连接企业现有使用的多款工具，包括Asana、Canva、Dropbox、Figma、QuickBooks、Notion、Shopify、Slack、Stripe、Zoom等，以及企业的Facebook和Instagram账号。用户授权后，Muse能够了解企业品牌、产品和客户需求等信息，并提供相关帮助。Meta强调，任何发布、发送或支出操作均需获得用户批准。
Meta此前已推出个人AI智能体Muse，此次扩展旨在帮助小企业利用AI处理更多业务流程。公司表示，未来将继续增加更多连接工具和功能。
