China's Computing Power Platform Achieves Nationwide Integrated Monitoring

By AI123

On September 12, 2026, the 2026 China Computing Power Conference opened, where it was announced that the China Computing Power Platform has achieved nationwide integrated monitoring and coordination of computing resources. The country's computing power development pattern of "one network, one chessboard, and one integrated system" has basically taken shape.

As of now, the platform's computing power marketplace has aggregated over 10,000 registered enterprise users, more than 200 computing power service providers, over 2,000 listed computing products, and over 300 large models, while accumulating billions of pieces of computing power monitoring data.

Computing infrastructure has become a key foundation for artificial intelligence development. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Information and Communication Industry," which explicitly calls for accelerating the construction of a national integrated computing network, building a multi-level computing facility system of "hub-region-edge," and deepening automated monitoring and supply-demand matching.

Building on early pilot experiences, the China Computing Power Platform has promoted the interconnection of platforms across 31 provincial-level regions, establishing a unified and efficient nationwide computing power situation awareness and monitoring system. This effectively breaks down regional barriers and data silos, enabling clear visibility of national computing resources, real-time situation awareness, and operational monitoring. In August 2025, at the 2025 China Computing Power Conference, the platform had completed the integration of platforms from 10 provincial regions, achieving comprehensive connectivity across platforms, entities, resources, ecosystems, and scenarios.

Next, the China Computing Power Platform will continue to enhance its situation awareness capabilities, improve the nationwide collaborative scheduling mechanism, deepen cross-regional computing resource sharing, and accelerate the implementation of integrated computing power scheduling.
