Lenovo Says AI Infrastructure Business Is Key Growth Driver as Server Opportunity Pipeline Exceeds $50B
At the AI Investment Summit held on September 16, 2026, a Lenovo executive said the company's market valuation remains significantly undervalued compared with Dell, and its AI infrastructure business is rapidly expanding as a new growth driver.
The executive disclosed that Lenovo's potential AI server business opportunity pipeline has grown from early-stage figures of over $10 billion and $20 billion to more than $50 billion. He added that AI infrastructure demand remains a long-term trend, and enterprises are still in the early stages of AI investment. As internal data, organizational structures and processes are gradually upgraded, enterprise-level inference demand is expected to be released in large volumes.
Lenovo covers training, inference and terminal devices, which is expected to help the company continuously capture AI investment demand.
