China's Rino.ai Raises USD100 Million Series C for L4 Driving and Global Expansion
Rino.ai, a Chinese developer of unmanned delivery vehicles, announced on Oct. 8, 2026 that it has raised USD100 million in Series C funding. The Series C2 round was led by Hidden Hill Capital, GLP's investment platform, with participation from Hunan state-backed investors, South Korea's Woori Financial Group and Bozheng Capital Investment, an investment arm of Bohai Securities.
The Series C2 round follows the company's Series C1 financing, completed in May 2026, the amount of which was not disclosed.
Founded in 2019 by former Baidu autonomous driving team members Zhu Lei and Xia Tian, Rino.ai has partnered with SF Holding, China Post Group, JD.com, Lalamove and Taobao Flash Shopping, an instant retail arm of Alibaba Group. The company has delivered more than 5,000 unmanned logistics vehicles and operates in over 200 Chinese cities.
Rino.ai said it will use the proceeds to advance Level 4 autonomous driving technology, enhance its physical AI capabilities and expand its urban delivery network. It also plans to leverage GLP's global logistics infrastructure and Woori Financial Group's cross-border resources to expand overseas.
