NVIDIA Reportedly to Invest in AI Inference ASIC Startup d-Matrix

The Information reported that NVIDIA is planning to invest in d-Matrix, a startup focused on AI inference ASIC chips. This would mark another significant move in the chip sector following NVIDIA's de facto acquisition of Groq.

d-Matrix had previously established a technical collaboration with NVIDIA. Its next-generation inference XPU is set to support the NVLink Fusion ecosystem and adopt the MGX universal rack reference architecture.
