Intel to Acquire Quantum Computing Software Provider Classiq

On October 27, Intel announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Classiq, a provider of quantum computing software. Intel, a major chip maker, said the deal combines Classiq's platform with Intel's expertise in spin-qubit manufacturing and software.

The acquisition is part of Intel's effort to become a full-stack quantum computing provider.
