On October 28, 2026, Aitu Technology, a subsidiary of Jack Technology Co., Ltd. (603337), held a global launch event at Hangzhou International Expo Center, unveiling the Aini sewing robot and the "Production King" clothing robot production line. The move marks Jack's transition from a sewing equipment maker into the robotics sector.
The Aini sewing robot is equipped with the Tianyanhu AI vision system, the Jiunao Zhangyu sewing large model, and the Linghou Qiaoshou execution unit, delivering capabilities such as fabric recognition and retrieval, wrinkle correction, and AI-assisted sewing coordination. During the event, Aini demonstrated multiple public tests including interference-resistant fabric grabbing, fabric alignment, and human-machine sewing comparison. The Production King line showed integrated scheduling of cutting, AI delivery, and robotic sewing to improve labor efficiency and fabric utilization.
Representatives from Korea's CIA, Hong Kong's Luenthai, Bosideng, Chenfeng Group, and Peacebird attended the signing ceremony. Eleven companies signed strategic cooperation agreements for the standalone Aini robot, while six signed dedicated agreements for the full Production King intelligent production line. The China launch price for the Aini sewing robot is 308,000 yuan, with founding customers receiving priority OTA algorithm upgrades. The product family has been jointly iterated with more than 100 garment manufacturers and will be commercialized in the global garment manufacturing market.
