Cornelis, an AI infrastructure company, announced it raised $205 million in a funding round led by IAG Capital Partners. The company provides networking technology to improve AI chip communication and launched Active Compute Fabric to reduce GPU idle time. Spun off from Intel in 2020, it competes with Nvidia through an open architecture.
