Xpeng Group Vice President Gu Jie said that the solid-state battery for Xpeng's IRON robot has entered small-batch production, with the robot currently in the pre-SOP stage. Xpeng previously announced at its 2025 Tech Day that IRON would be the first to use all-solid-state batteries. The company plans mass production of advanced humanoid robots by the end of 2026 and expects to enter global stores and commercial scenarios from 2027.
