Kaifa Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Payton Technology plans to invest CNY1.8 billion to build memory chip packaging and testing lines, and CNY630 million for 2.5D and 3DS advanced packaging R&D lines, to capture opportunities from the rapid growth of the AI industry. The projects are expected to be completed and begin production in December 2028.
