ANYmal X is ANYbotics' rugged, impact-resistant quadruped built for intrinsically safe use in explosive atmospheres, certified to ATEX and IECEx up to Zone 1 IIB, and is the world's only legged robot to hold an explosion-protection certification. Its quadruped AI locomotion allows autonomous inspection and data collection inside hazardous areas, and integrated gas detection measures concentrations of combustible and toxic gases. Temperature measurement spans -10 to +400 °C, the zoom camera offers 20x optical zoom for distant targets, and the gimbal tilts ± 90 ° and pans ± 165 degrees. A hardware emergency stop, warning lights, safety handles and a ruggedized tablet complete the safety package, serving unmanned monitoring in oil, gas and chemical facilities.
