CASBOT 02 is the second-generation full-size bipedal humanoid: 1630 mm standing, about 50 kg, 25 degrees of freedom across the body (excluding dexterous hands) with 11-DOF dexterous hands and 1.5 kg single-arm payload. A 275 TOPS computing chip (Orin AGX / RK3588) is fitted, with a 48 V 10 Ah battery giving about 1.5 h of runtime and Wi-Fi 6 / 4G / Bluetooth 5.2 support. A large language model enables multilingual interaction, while imitation learning and deep reinforcement learning locomotion control deliver straight-knee walking and multi-terrain adaptation; RGBD, stereo, fisheye and IMU sensing provides multimodal perception, and the EDU version additionally offers LiDAR, navigation and wireless charging, with OTA evolution and secondary development supported.
