CASBOT

CASBOT W1 is a wheeled embodied robot with multi-stage lifting: 112-210 cm tall, about 260 kg, with a working height of 0-2.1 m. Twenty degrees of freedom across the machine: 2 DOF head, 1 DOF waist, 2 DOF chassis (differential-steer wheeled chassis), 1 DOF lift column, 7 DOF per arm and a 2-DOF gripper end effector (swappable for a dexterous hand). Single-arm payload is 5 kg, the chassis uses a 2+4 two-wheel differential drive, and a 48 V / 25 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery gives 4-5 hours of runtime with autonomous charging and IP68 protection. It runs CASBOT Embodied Brain 2.0 for industrial manufacturing, smart warehousing, retail terminals, intelligent inspection and education and research.
