Fuzhi No.2 is a wheeled humanoid for industrial transfer scenarios, using a wheeled structure with a lifting design; built on the GRID model with a knowledge graph and semantic map, it supports long-horizon, large-scene, composite task planning and generalised operation. Collapsed dimensions are 670 x 600 x 1850 mm at about 265 kg with a vertical working range of 100-2000 mm; dual FW65 arms (6 DoF, 5 kg rated payload per arm, +/-0.05 mm repeat positioning accuracy) carry FW-F16 electric grippers (4 kg rated payload, 20 N gripping force, +/-0.05 mm position repeatability), a WHJ60 lift column provides 1000 mm of travel, dual RGB-D435i cameras provide vision and a 48 V 54 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery powers the system. Integrated hand-eye-brain-foot control with flowchart-style zero-code authoring covers handling, placement and inspection alerting tasks in automotive, electronics, logistics, medical, new energy and CNC machining industries.
