MAV (Multi-Sensing Autonomous Vehicle) is NEURA Robotics' autonomous transport vehicle for in-plant logistics: it loads, unloads and moves goods autonomously, using on-board sensors alone to detect obstacles and navigate safely with no additional peripheral equipment, scaling from a single unit to fleet-level deployment. The range covers three tiers - MAV 500 (500 kg payload, 8 hours runtime, +/-7 mm positioning accuracy), MAV 1500 (1.5 t payload, 10 hours runtime, battery expandable to 200 percent) and MAV+ (flexible 500-1000 kg payload) - all driven at 1.5 m/s by differential drive with wired and inductive charging for 24/7 operation. A 360 degree safety laser scanner certified to PLd/Cat.3 (ISO 13849-1) dynamically adjusts safety and warning zones; communications cover VDA5050, OPC-UA, Fast-DDS and ROS 2, with Python and C++ programming interfaces, and it can be combined with MAiRA and LARA into mobile manipulation solutions.
