The PUDU BG1 series is an AI-native large-scale floor-scrubbing robot, offered as BG1 and BG1 Pro. Its sweep-ahead and scrub-behind integrated structure removes wet and dry debris in a single pass, with a 550 mm scrubbing width, up to 31 kg of dual-disc downforce and automatic detergent mixing. An outward-extending zero-edge structure leaves no blind spots. Fused 3D perception combining 3D VSLAM, LiDAR and multiple sensors, together with a high-compute AI platform, supports mapping in high-ceiling, night-time and high-interference environments. Twin 7 L detergent tanks dispense at millilitre-level precision automatically, and AI inspection scrubbing cleans wherever dirt is found. A ride-on mode is optional, and fully automatic 24-hour cleaning covers water refill and drain plus return to charge.
