PUDU MP2000 is an AI-native pallet-handling robot. It is ready to use straight out of the box with fast smart startup. Its AI-native intelligence covers empty-versus-occupied slot recognition, carrier self-learning for standard Chuan- and Tian-pattern pallets as well as non-standard carriers, and fork entry in as little as 20 seconds. Maximum load is 2000 kg, with speeds of 1.6 m/s unloaded and 1.2 m/s loaded. It performs right-angle fork pick-up in aisles as narrow as 2 m and self-adapts to offsets of 15 cm and 15°. Multi-robot cluster scheduling supports offline coordination, and depth vision plus 3D LiDAR provide multiple layers of safety.
