Egg Tart is a compact delivery robot. Its 500 × 490 × 600 mm body and appealing shape, with customizable colours, make it an attraction in its own right in a store. The 33 L cabin carries 20 kg of meals or daily goods. Orders placed through the WeChat mini-program trigger automatic delivery, and paired smart vending cabinets form a new-retail system. High-precision obstacle avoidance with ±5 cm navigation accuracy, autonomous elevator use, automatic phone calls and automatic return to charge make the whole delivery contactless. A 24 V 30 Ah battery gives 6-8 hours of endurance, making it both a traffic draw and a delivery solution for restaurants and retail stores.
