Element Series Chassis

Robint

The Element series chassis is a general-purpose intelligent mobile robot chassis. A new SLAM algorithm combined with LiDAR, depth cameras and other sensors delivers precise environment map matching and high-precision localisation with seamless docking between stations; the built-in LiDAR handles mapping, navigation and autonomous obstacle avoidance. Rich I/O and CAN expansion interfaces are provided, with four mounting holes on top for any combination of robotic arm, lift, PTZ, display and other attachments - truly one chassis, many applications. Based on mainstream open-source ROS, secondary development programming is simple, letting upper-layer applications expand quickly. The unit measures 460 x 537 x 277 mm, weighs 40 kg and carries 100 kg, with a maximum speed of 2 m/s and 25 mm step clearance; an improved cluster scheduling algorithm coordinates tens to hundreds of robots, for material transport, scientific research, logistics and mobile inspection.
