Luoqi Hotel Service Robot

Robint

Luoqi is the practical choice among hotel service robots. A 10.1-inch top touchscreen and a 24-inch HD display on the back form a dual-screen design, and guests scan to order in-room delivery. It rides elevators autonomously for cross-floor operation, with a 40 L cabin and 50 kg load handling multiple items per trip. The reinforced chassis climbs 10° carpeted slopes and crosses 25 mm obstacles, so hotel carpets and ramps are no problem. A six-channel ring microphone array supports free conversation with more than 20 voice types, and five ultrasonic radars plus a depth camera and LiDAR give 360-degree three-dimensional perception. The new-retail smart vending cabinet ecosystem is also supported, making it the all-rounder of guest-room service.
