The smart delivery locker works with intelligent service robots to form a smart delivery system that restocks automatically around the clock with no human involvement, providing contactless delivery, automatic order acceptance, purchase-sales-inventory reporting and out-of-stock alerts as an integrated smart hotel service. Product recognition reaches 99.9 percent and multiple items can be dispensed simultaneously; the cabinet has multiple layers and rows with large capacity and adjustable channels to fit various product specifications. The back end collects multi-dimensional data for real-time user behaviour analysis and equipment status management; guests order through a mobile mini programme and the robot delivers to the door. The unit is 1940 mm tall with a net weight of 350 kg and a 21.5-inch Android touchscreen; rated voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz with 1000 W power, and a temperature control module provides cooling. Both pusher-channel and spring-channel dispensing mechanisms are used, improving service quality, lowering operating cost and increasing hotel revenue.
