Grantboost

Overview

Grantboost is AI grant writing software built for nonprofits, agencies, and freelancers. It finds grants that match your mission and drafts proposals in your voice — so your team can discover funding opportunities and write winning applications on autopilot, trusted by over 10,000 grant writers.

Teach Grantboost about your organization by uploading past proposals, annual reports, or simply pasting your website URL. The AI builds a deep understanding of your mission, voice, and programs, so every draft sounds like your team wrote it.

Instead of checking fifty funding sites every Monday, Grantboost continuously monitors 1.5 million funding sources — including grants.gov, foundation databases, state portals, and thousands more — and surfaces only the grants that fit your mission. Every opportunity is scored for alignment with your programs and projects before it lands in your inbox.

Drafts don't sound like AI. Trained on your past wins, your tone, and your programs, every paragraph reads like your team produced it. Best-practice writing templates for every proposal section mean you never start from a blank page, while a unified pipeline keeps every grant in your funnel visible in one place with deadline alerts. Each project gets its own workspace so you can switch between them seamlessly.

From finding the right funder to submitting a polished proposal, Grantboost pays for only the grants you actually work on — and gets you writing, and winning, within the hour.
