Naver is South Korea's leading internet company, founded in 1999, operating the country's top search portal, Naver Webtoon, and LINE. It dominates the Korean search market with a vast local user base and strong technology. On AI, Naver launched HyperCLOVA X in 2023, Korea's first large-scale multilingual generative AI, and built the Clova X assistant and the "Cue:" generative search service on top of it.
