Ant Digital Discloses AI To B Growth: Overall Business Up Nearly 50% Annually
At the 2026 INCLUSION Conference on September 10, Ant Digital CEO Zhao Wenbiao disclosed the company's first detailed business update since becoming an independently operated unit two years ago. The company's overall business has grown at an average annual rate of nearly 50%, while its AI To B business recorded triple-digit growth. Platform product ARR grew 60%, with net revenue retention exceeding 110% and nearly 20% of large clients purchasing AI services.
Zhao said AI To B has become Ant Digital's core focus. Since spinning off in 2024, the company has served more than 30,000 enterprises across 25 countries and regions, and has launched AI-native products including the LingDT industry model, the Agentar intelligent agent platform, the DTMaaS model service platform, and the "Ant Jiantuan" agent security product.
At the conference, Agentar introduced industry-specific editions for finance and energy, embedding industry models, the Agent Harness engine, and agent expert teams into production, collaboration, and management workflows. The finance edition enables multiple agents to collaborate on scenarios such as customer operations and risk control, while the energy edition builds "carbon digital employees" around source-grid-load-storage-carbon businesses. Zhao noted that as enterprise agent counts grow from a few to hundreds, large-scale production, operation, and management of agents become key demands, which Ant Digital aims to address with its "Intelligent Agent Super Factory" strategy.
On agent trust, Ant Digital is working with more than ten organizations to advance a national standard for intelligent agent identity management, leveraging its KYA (Know Your Agent) framework to address questions of agent identity, authorization, and accountability.
