At the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), the Tongminghu Center unveiled "Lingji OS," which it described as China's first open-source AI agent operating system. The launch took place at the Digital Friendly Solutions exhibition, part of the ICT expo in Hall 3. The same exhibition also featured Xingchen Haoyu's "Shenshou OS" AI Worker system and the Zhongguancun Pan-Institute (Beijing 6G Lab)'s space-air-ground integrated sensing, computing and communication technology, all positioned as underlying infrastructure for AI.

According to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the fair introduced a "1+6+N" framework for digital-friendly solutions, with "1" representing an AI infrastructure platform covering models, data, chips and computing power. The framework also spans six sectors and includes 35 benchmark solutions from 41 companies, among them 7 global firsts and 14 global debuts. Lingji OS is part of this infrastructure layer.
