Zhixiang Future COO: AI video competition shifts to full-chain delivery

By AI123

Wang Ke, co-founder and chief operating officer of Zhixiang Future, said in an interview at the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) that the company’s global user base has surpassed 70 million. The company completed a 1.5 billion yuan Series C round in July 2026 and has raised more than 2.1 billion yuan in total since June 2026. Its e-commerce marketing platform HiBurst has also become one of TikTok’s top five AI partners, producing more than one million marketing videos a year.

Wang argued that competition in the AI video industry is moving from parameter rivalry on single models to full-chain system delivery. He introduced the CHATS video agent evaluation standard, covering consistency, intention understanding, audio-visual completeness, timeline and narrative, and stable delivery. The point, he said, is to move beyond generating footage toward organizing sound, rhythm and narrative while reducing rework and improving usable output.

On application scenarios, Wang said short-drama and animation demand is growing rapidly but is heading from a traffic-driven phase toward survival of the fittest. Advertising and e-commerce marketing, by contrast, are the most stable markets because of high-frequency demand, fast feedback and measurable ROI. Zhixiang Future’s conversational video creation agent vivago R1, launched globally on September 8, 2026, lets users describe their needs in natural language; its HD-AgentOS scheduling system raises effective content availability to 85%.
