Xapien Launches Native Due Diligence App on ServiceNow AI Platform

Xapien has made its dynamic due diligence capabilities available as a native application on the ServiceNow AI Platform, enabling organizations to run fully-sourced background checks on any person or company in minutes. The app is designed to be embedded directly into onboarding and third-party risk management workflows.

Now listed in the ServiceNow Store with free trials for ServiceNow customers, the integration brings automated, verifiable research into the systems where risk and onboarding processes are managed. It also enriches out-of-the-box risk scores in Third-Party Risk Management and can be configured to other modules.

The launch comes less than two weeks after Xapien announced a $56 million investment round from Spectrum Equity and YFM Equity Partners. As a ServiceNow Build Partner, Xapien develops and distributes applications on the platform, including tailored configurations and integrations. Xapien currently serves 350 clients across multinational corporations, law firms, private banks, universities, and nonprofits.
