Ruixin Kicks Off Mass Production of World's First RISC-V Dataflow AI Chip 'Gaoguang D35'
On September 25, Ruixin officially launched mass production of the Gaoguang D35, described as the world's first RISC-V architecture dataflow physical AI chip, during the debut stage of the 5th Global Digital Trade Expo. The chip employs a dataflow computing architecture and fully self-developed RISC-V CPU cores, supports up to 128GB of high-speed memory, and features a chiplet configuration for flexible computing power scaling.
At the expo, Ruixin also signed cooperation agreements with multiple leading enterprises in areas such as smart parks, smart transportation, healthcare, and embodied intelligence. The company said the chip's CPU core IP has passed Intel's global procurement licensing, and its software ecosystem supports CUDA-compatible compilers, Triton, and mainstream model libraries.
According to data from the China Electronics Society, China's AI chip market exceeded 100 billion yuan in 2025, with edge AI applications driving growing demand for on-device inference computing.
