Synthflow Launches Vector, an AI Agent for Consumer Lenders That Works Until the Job Is Done
BERLIN, October 28, 2026 -- Synthflow, a Berlin-based voice AI company, has announced the launch of Vector, a long-horizon AI agent designed for consumer lenders. Unlike conventional AI that ends a task when the call concludes, Vector follows a loan application or overdue account through to completion, working via calls, texts and emails while remembering every prior interaction.
In a four-week deployment with a North American consumer lender, Vector reached the right borrower on 4.9% of attempts, versus a 3.5% human benchmark, a 40% improvement. Nearly half of those conversations ended in a payment promise, totaling almost $1 million in committed payments—about double the average run rate before Vector was introduced.
Vector is Synthflow's first industry-specific agent, trained on the detailed work of a single sector and measured on outcomes rather than call volume. It includes built-in compliance checks, such as respecting permitted calling hours, contact limits and borrower consent, while logging all interactions for audit purposes. The system holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications, is designed to comply with GDPR, the EU AI Act and relevant regulations, and can be hosted in the US, EU or private cloud.
Financial services is the first of several verticals for Synthflow's dedicated agents, with insurance, healthcare and retail to follow. Vector is available now to consumer lenders in the US, South America, the UK and the European Union.
