Meta Launches Enterprise Platform to Offer Full AI Stack for Businesses

On September 28, Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the launch of Meta Enterprise Platform, designed to help businesses leverage artificial intelligence for growth and transformation.

The platform will combine Meta's strengths in models, agents, infrastructure, and partnerships to deliver a complete Meta AI technology stack for enterprises and developers. Zuckerberg described the platform as the next major pillar of Meta's overall business.

Chirantan "CJ" Desai, former president and CEO of MongoDB, will join Meta as chief enterprise platform officer to lead the initiative, reporting directly to Zuckerberg. MongoDB also announced that Dev Ittycheria, its former president and CEO, will return to temporarily assume those roles while a search for a permanent CEO begins.
