IDC: Global Humanoid Robot Shipments Near 25,000 in H1 2026; China Accounts for 77.9%

International Data Corporation (IDC) reported on September 30 that global humanoid robot shipments reached nearly 25,000 units in the first half of 2026, up 432.1% year over year, as the industry shifts from technology validation toward commercial deployment.

China shipped more than 19,000 humanoid robots in the period, accounting for about 77.9% of the global market. Among Chinese manufacturers, AGIBOT shipped over 8,600 units. IDC said China remains a key engine of global humanoid robot market growth.

IDC forecasts global shipments will exceed 750,000 units by 2030, entering an accelerated phase of large-scale application.
