ZoomInfo Launches Agent Teams to Run Complete GTM Plays

ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) announced on October 1, 2026, the launch of Agent Teams, a new offering that gives revenue teams AI agents designed to run complete go-to-market (GTM) plays from signal to action without manual oversight at every step.

The product coordinates teams of agents across a company's systems, its signals, and ZoomInfo's intelligence. It is built on the orchestration architecture of DoubleO.ai, the company founded by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh, which ZoomInfo said it acquired the previous day. Agent Teams is available now in GTM Studio, with no new SKU or contract required.

Agent Teams runs on a real-time evaluation architecture, in which specialized agents with their own roles, instructions, and tools share context from prior steps and decide the next best action based on the current state of a record. CEO Henry Schuck said rigid workflow automation breaks when account situations change, while Agent Teams works from what is true about an account at the moment. Chief Product Officer Dominik Facher said the architecture lets agents share context and build on each other's work rather than just exchanging outputs.

The offering operates on ZoomInfo's data foundation, including responsibly sourced data, privacy-rights management, SOC 2 controls, and ISO 27001 and ISO 27701-certified systems.
