JAKA Robotics to Debut Kargo50 Wheeled Humanoid Robot and Zu50 Heavy-Duty Cobot at CIIF

JAKA Robotics announced on Oct 11 that it will stage the global debut of two new products at the 26th China International Industry Fair (CIIF), opening in Shanghai on Oct 12. Under the theme 'General-Purpose is the Future,' the company will unveil the JAKA Zu50 heavy-duty collaborative robot and the JAKA Kargo50 heavy-load wheeled humanoid robot, extending its lineup into heavy-load and full-range segments.

Founded in 2014, JAKA has built dual product lines in collaborative robots and embodied intelligence, covering industrial scenarios from light-load to heavy-load and standard to complex environments. Industry data shows JAKA held a 21.9% share of China's domestic collaborative robot market in 2024, ranking first in the country.

Unlike common single-motion demonstrations at industry expos, JAKA will bring real factory operation scenarios into the exhibition hall. The new Kargo50 belongs to the Kargo wheeled humanoid robot series, targeting heavy-load bin handling and flexible transfer in industrial settings. The series' Kargo10 model has already achieved large-scale commercial deployment in automotive parts and high-end electronics factories. After continuous on-site iteration, its single-bin operation cycle time was reduced from 105 seconds to 28 seconds, and new-scenario deployment time was shortened to 57 days.

The Zu50 heavy-duty cobot completes JAKA's collaborative robot portfolio from light-, medium- to heavy-load segments, improving its full-load flexible operation solutions. JAKA said it will continue to strengthen embodied intelligence core technologies to accelerate robotics adoption in manufacturing.
