Daxi Robotics Unveils Embodied Foundation Model ACE-Brain-0.6, Tops OpenAI GPT-6 Astra in Six Spatial Benchmarks

By AI123

On October 19, Daxi Robotics released ACE-Brain-0.6, an embodied foundation model with enhanced visual-spatial anchoring. The model is supervised fine-tuned based on Qwen3.5-9B, focusing on improving object recognition, spatial localization, and interaction region judgment.

According to the company, ACE-Brain-0.6 was trained on approximately one million spatially anchored samples. In eight Grounding evaluations, it outperformed OpenAI GPT-6 Astra in six. Its average score across seven public benchmarks was 74.53, above Astra's 73.68, and it achieved 94.13 on the RobotGrounding real-robot evaluation, compared with Astra's 91.10.

Daxi Robotics, founded by Wang Xiaogang, co-founder of SenseTime, is an embodied intelligence company focused on physical AI. It has developed its own ACE R&D paradigm and the "Kaiwu" world model. As of October 2026, it had completed hundreds of millions of dollars in funding and is regarded as an important new business in embodied intelligence within the SenseTime ecosystem.
